Nursing Home neglect

I just found your site as I was looking for info/comments on Helia Southbelt (formerly Four Fountains) in Belleville, IL. Seems like this site isnt visited very often, too bad. Very bad experience with Helia and searching for info.

My Mom was there for about 3 wks and had no heat! They were supposed to assist her in bathroom, which they did not. As a result, she fell and broke her nose.This was in June. She passed in July, It still bothers me to this day. She died of a massive stroke. I still wonder if that fall caused her stroke as she was on a blood thinner at that time.They were reported to the state by me and nothing was done. Please be warned! Do not send a loved one there!
